Multiple Incidents Across Toronto

The first alleged incident took place on October 23, 2024, at approximately 3 a.m. A suspect reportedly broke into a business in the Dundas Street West and Parkway Avenue area. He allegedly used a tool to pick the lock and entered the premises. Once inside, he filled a garbage bag with stolen merchandise before fleeing.
Another incident occurred on January 29, 2025, around 11 a.m., at a motel near Kingston Road and Galloway Road. Police say the suspect approached a parked vehicle containing three people and brandished a weapon. He allegedly assaulted two of them before fleeing the scene.
Residential Break-Ins and Vehicle Thefts
On February 17, 2025, around 4:20 a.m., the suspect allegedly broke into a residence in the Yonge Street and Highway 401 area. He approached a parked vehicle and gained entry. Reports say he stole a woman’s wallet and credit cards before leaving the scene.
Still, the string of incidents continued. On March 2, 2025, around 2:20 a.m., another break-in occurred at a residence near Yonge Street and Malborough Avenue. The suspect entered a parked vehicle and stole personal items that did not belong to him.
Carl Chateauvart Wanted in Parking Lot Escape
The latest incident took place on March 25, 2025, in a parking lot near Huntley Street and Isabella Street. Officers attempted to approach a man matching Chateauvart’s description for further investigation. However, the suspect rammed three police vehicles and fled the scene in a white Nissan Sentra.
No officers were injured during the escape. Carl Chateauvart wanted in connection with all these events remains at large.
